Before visiting Tracey, I had experienced several shoulder dislocations, which resulted in a open latarjet shoulder reconstruction, in 2016. I did Physio 3 times a week post op for about 5/6 months, but still had a frozen shoulder, unable to lift my arm past 90 degrees. Because of this I was medically advised to go back under general anesthetic to get a manipulation on the shoulder. Luckily I saw Tracey through meeting her through a friend who worked at the same gym she practiced at.

My session with Tracey was 2 hours long and at the end I was able to extend my hands above my head, experiencing minimal pain in my shoulder.

Since then, over the last 5 years I have regularly seen Tracey every six months for maintenance to keep the whole body functioning as best as possible, which is especially required as I am a carpenter which is a lot of strain on the body. I no longer have any problems with my shoulder which has been fantastic.

As above, she fixed my frozen shoulder. Has fixed my back on multiple occasions after I have put it out, walking in to see her bent over and in pain and walking out upright and pain free.

I went to visit Tracey as I struggled with shoulder mobility and severe shoulder and neck tension for more than 15 years. I had previously tried multiple treatment approaches (physio, chiropractic, acupuncture, meditation) with only limited success.

After the first session I had almost full mobility and very little pain and tension in all my muscles. After a second session I had complete and lasting relief from tension throughout my entire body (not just my shoulders and neck).

Having had a number of physio visits for lower back pain (and done all the exercises) I went to see Tracey. This was on recommendation from a friend of a friend. I had pain which was not severe but just never went away. Sitting, walking, sleeping was disturbed. I could never get comfortable and was taking painkillers regularly.

I was not expecting anything much to change but really needed it to! I was staggered to drive hone pain free and being a skeptic didn't think it would last. It did!! I went for follow up about 3 weeks later but have not had a return of the back pain.

I just had to let you know....after my visit to you yesterday morning I fell asleep about 3pm and woke up just before 10am this morning !!! (WITHOUT any sleeping pills or pain relief) I have never woken so relaxed, almost completely free of pain, and that was after just one visit with you.

The pain in my knee which I have been left to deal with by my Doctor for almost 18yrs is merely more than a niggling twinge. Prior to seeing you I had been to a Doctor referred Physiotherapist that made little to no impact in improving my pain. I cannot thank you enough.
